Brief introduction

AiiRii ™ Modular Houses is single storey building with simple in design, walls and roof is made of heat insulation materials, it is a low energy building, and the materials are Environmental friendly. All the sections of the house are made by factory by advance, and then assembled to become a house on construction site, the installation use the basic tool, it take about 4 to 6 people for a week to finish a house about 60 Sq.m. It is a good way to build a large community quickly.

AiiRii Paper Honeycomb Core Composite Panel is made of recyclable paper and fiber cement board through specially developed production equipment. The hexagonal shape of honeycomb core is similar to natural honeycomb constructed by bees.

AiiRii SuperFix Wall 

AiiRii SuperFixboardis a kind of composite board with fireproofing, heat and sound insulation, light features. The inner crosser and special steel materials not only offer powerful rigidity support for the whole construction, but also can prevent the fire spreading effectively. The one block 3000mm×1220mm super large board can apply in the construction with floor height below 3 meters without any integration. The simple installation not only increases efficiency and material utilization rate, but also keeps a clean and quiet installation site, which will not bring rubbish and a mass of dust. As a kind of high quality heat insulation wall, AiiRii SuperFix board applies to Villa, shopping mall, hotel, office, dust-free workshop, apartment and moveable house etc.

AiiRii SuperFixboardis abio-composite material with multi-layer fortified fiberglass net and without any asbestos and other baleful material inside. It will not emit smoke and gas when the board fires. The incombustibility is complying to GB8624-1997A standard. The core material is XPS whose physics character is very stable. The super heat insulation capability can save the power consumption for cooling and heating of the construction. The panel and core material are combined by PU through pressing process. The PU material physics and chemistry characters can hold stably in long time, which is recognized weather resistance material. The super sound insulation ability ensures quiet and elegance surroundings of the rooms, which can prevent insect and tide, and will not affect by the coagulate water drops or wet weather. The lightest board is 12kg/m2, and it has special tenon for quick installation. The board can be reinforced by thicker steel invisibility, which can effectively pull the board and decrease human injury caused by wall dumping at emergency such as earth shock. The board materials are very stable and resist aging, and the useful life is up to 50 years, which is the preferred material for new construction wall.
